As it turns out, though, he’s already completed Thief River Falls, which will simultaneously be released by the Amazon publishing imprint Thomas & Mercer in all major formats—hardcover, paperback, audiobook, and ebook—as well as part of their Kindle Unlimted plan, making it free for subscribers.
