See the Cover for Daniel Silva’s Next Gabriel Allon Novel, ‘A Death At Cornwall’

Fans of Daniel Silva’s #1 New York Times bestselling Gabriel Allon series are getting a treat this year. Not only has Silva’s next novel been announced, along with the gorgeous cover art, but after years of releasing his latest adventure on the third Tuesday in July, the next Allon thriller, A Death At Cornwall, will hit bookstores a week early this year with the publication date set for July 9, 2024.

Silva, who has been a staple on just about every bestseller list since his debut novel, The Unlikely Spy, came out way back in 1996, remains one of the most recognized authors in print today. Following his successful first book, and after penning two Michael Osbourne novels—The Mark of the Assassin (1998) and The Marching Season (1999)—the author introduced the world to famed art restorer turned Israeli spy Gabriel Allon with his 1999 novel The Kill Artist. The once “wayward son of Israeli intelligence,” Allon spent many years in the field as a spy before finally assuming the position of chief of the Office later in the series. More recently, Gabriel has transitioned into his post-Mosad career as he tries to settle down and live a quiet life with his wife and children away from the action. Of course, things never quite go according to plan in that department, as Silva continues to find plenty of reasons to bring back his beloved character.

To date, the series is twenty-three books long, including last year’s blockbuster, The Collector, and while we’d certainly recommend going back to read them all from the beginning, newcomers can jump in pretty much anywhere—which means that no matter what, whether you’re a longtime fan or new to Silva’s work, everyone should have A Death At Cornwall high on their TBR lists as we head into summer.

A brutal murder, a missing masterpiece, a mystery only Gabriel Allon can solve: Acclaimed #1 New York Times–bestselling author Daniel Silva returns with the year’s most anticipated new thriller.

Master novelist Daniel Silva has thrilled readers with twenty-three thoughtful and gripping spy novels featuring the “much-loved Gabriel Allon” (Booklist) and ingenious plots that have taken him around the globe and back—from the United States to Europe, Russia to the Middle East.

Silva returns with another blockbuster—a powerhouse novel showcasing his outstanding skill and brilliant imagination that will be a must read for both his multitudes of fans and growing legions of converts.
