Harlan Coben’s Next Myron Bolitar Novel set to hit Bookstores in September!

Last Christmas bestselling author Harlan Coben treated his fans to a surprise gift, revealing a screenshot of a new Myron Bolitar book. Here’s the original tweet:

Coben first introduced readers to Myron Bolitar in 1995 with Deal Breaker, and has since released nine more novels featuring him as the protagonist. The most recent book in the series is Live Wire, which was published in 2011, and fans have been clamoring for more Myron Bolitar ever since. Now it appears that we have a lot more information about the book pictured in the tweet above, including a photo of the cover art and plot information.

Making good on his Christmas Day surprise, the wait for Myron will officially be over on September 20, 2016 with the release of Home, the eleventh book in Coben’s popular franchise!

Ten years after the high-profile kidnapping of two young boys, only one returns home in Harlan Coben’s next gripping thriller, to be published in September 2016.

A decade ago, kidnappers grabbed two boys from wealthy families and demanded ransom, then went silent. No trace of the boys ever surfaced. For ten years their families have been left with nothing but painful memories and a quiet desperation for the day that has finally, miraculously arrived: Myron Bolitar and his friend Win believe they have located one of the boys, now a teenager. Where has he been for ten years, and what does he know about the day, more than half a life ago, when he was taken? And most critically: What can he tell Myron and Win about the fate of his missing friend? Drawing on his singular talent, Harlan Coben delivers an explosive and deeply moving thriller about friendship, family, and the meaning of home.

If you’re not already a fan of this series, now would be a great time to start reading it! Bolitar is the owner of MB Reps, an agency that represents famous celebrities and athletes. He was once a top basketball prospect, and even drafted in the first round of the NBA Draft by the Boston Celtics–but suffered a serious knee injury early in his career, effectively ending his days on court. He’s known for taking very good care of his clients, even playing “private investigator” to handle personal issued for them when needed.

Of course this is hardly the only news surrounding Harlan Coben right now. His novel Fool Me Once, a standalone thriller, hits bookstores everywhere this Tuesday (March 22) and is the highest rated novel on our 2016 Ratings BoardAs if all of that wasn’t enough, Coben’s British crime drama The Five is set to premier on April 15th on Sky 1 TV.

All things considering it looks like 2016 is going to be a heckuva year for Mr. Coben–and his readers. Both Fool Me Once and Home are available for pre-order, so make sure to buy your copies as soon as possible!
