Ian Graham, author of Veil of Civility, is gearing up to release the second book in his Declan McIver series, Rules For Revenge.

Obviously, Rules for Revenge will follow Veil of Civility, which features a plot about Chechen terrorists wh0 managed to sneak into the United States before going dark–only to reemerge once their leader, Ruslan Baktayev, is freed from prison and ready to strike a mighty blow to America.
